2. Call our Telegiro Direct call center or e-Mail us at (Listed below) and provide us with your unique client number, the total amount deposited in our account and details of the beneficiary*. Alternative send us a message via Facebook inBox.

*IMPORTANT: Provide us with Client No. or Date of Birth, Amount transfered in SEK-DKK, Details of your beneficiary.

3. After receiving this information, our Telegiro Direct department will process your order immediately and the money will be sent to the recipient immediately. You will receive an SMS or e-Mail with details and the confirmation of the transaction.
