This website is operated by different entities as set here in. The terms and conditions under which, IMT Money Express AB of Sweden, J.C Three Sixty MonexApS of Denmark and J.C. Three Sixty Monex LLC of Switzerland (individually and collectively 360monex)provide the Service through the360monex Web site are set forth below.

To use the Service you must register for the Service by completing the online registration form and money remittance request application and click the “I Agree” button when presented with these Terms and Conditions for 360monexMoney Remittance Service (the “Terms of Use”).

By completing such online forms and by clicking the “I Agree” button when presented with these Terms of Use, you agree to accept all such terms and conditions. In addition, you agree to be bound by the 360monex Privacy Policy (“360monex Privacy Policy”) and any other documents available on or throughhttp://www.360monex.com/(collectively and separately referred to as the “360monex Terms of Service”).

If you do not affirmatively agree to be bound by the 360monex Terms of Service by completing the relevant online forms and by clicking the “I Agree” button when presented with it, you will not be allowed to continue with the registration and application process, nor will you be able to use the Service.

It is important that you read and understand our Terms and Conditions before you agree to accept them. These Terms and Conditions contain limited obligations from our part to you.

There are limitations and exemptions from our liability to you in case you suffer loss or damages as a result of using our Money Remittance online Service. Access is provided only in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions.
As used in our Terms and Conditions, the terms:

    • “Telegiro Direct” refers to money remittance service, provided by360monexto its registered customers. The service is order via telephone, e-Mail or our Website.
    • “bank transfer” refers to the funds and the fees being transfer from a registered customer to a bank account of one of 360monex bank account in Sweden, Denmark and Switzerland.
    • “bank account” refers to the registered customer and 360monex bank accounts
    • “beneficiary’s bank account” refers to final bank account for credit on behalf of a registered customer.
    • “legitimate use” the use of the website only for legitimate use purposes. For example it is prohibited the use of the web site for the purpose of making or receiving payments for illegal activities.
    • “recipient” refers to the person identified as the beneficiary of a money remittance
    • “sender” refers to the person who initiates the carrying out of a money remittance by using 360monex online Telegiro Direct service or in person
    • “transaction” refers to each money remittance that you initiate under, and each other use that you make of, the 360monexTelegiro Direct service
360monex reserves the right at our sole discretion to change our Terms and Conditions from time to time. These may include making improvement or adapting changes in the service, or any part thereof and/or to revised or implement new term of service. We will advise you of any changes by posting a clear message of change on our website.

  • THE WEBSITE – consists of public areas (“Public Area”) with unrestricted access and private areas (“Private Area”) with restricted access. Any reference to the Website is intended to apply to both areas. The Public Area of the Website provides information about our infrastructure, services, countries of services, locations, business partners, etc. The Private Area allows you to order and initiatetransactions enter and edit beneficiary details and access information about your account online (collectively “the Services”). You may also obtain some or all of the Services by telephone or email, in which case these terms and conditions will also apply to the extent that they are relevant. Any Services provided to you will be provided only pursuant to 360monex standard client agreement which you must agree to in addition to this agreement and prior to the provision of any such Services. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the relevant client agreement, the provisions of the client agreement will prevail.
  • ACCESS TO PRIVATE AREA WITH USERNAME AND PASSWORD– When you enter into a Client Agreement with us, you will be able to obtain a username and password with unlimited or prescribed levels of authority in order to enable you to access the Private Area of the Website and use the Services. You accept these terms and conditions of use each time the Private Area is accessed by anybody using your username and password.360monex will not check the identity of the user every time the username and password are used.You are solely responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password, and to monitor and police the use thereof. For any and all activities that are conducted using such username and password, you agree not to transfer, resell, give access to, or allow any third party to use your username or password for any reason whatsoever.360monexaccepts no responsibility for misuse or unauthorised access.

A. Eligible Users
In order to use our Telegiro Direct online services
(i) you must have a postal mailing address in Sweden, Demark or Switzerland and a valid and active e-mail address,
(ii) you must have a valid Bank Account
(iii) your mailing address must match the  address for your Bank Account
(iv) you must be a Swedish, Danish or Swiss resident; and
(v) you must be at least 18 years of age. You cannot send a Transfer on behalf of a third party.
Other restrictions may apply.

B. Opening A Profile
You can apply to open a Profile by entering the required information on the Website and agreeing to the terms of this Agreement. If 360monex accepts your application, it will open your Profile. You will then establish your User ID and Password. Both your User ID and Password are highly confidential and should not be shared with any other party.

C. Verification of Information
In an effort to combat money laundering activities and the funding of terrorism, the European Union and Switzerland enacted laws that require a money remittance institution such as 360monex to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who registers at its Website and initiates a Money Remittance through its Service(s). You agree that we may obtain a consumer report on you at any time.
As part of the application process required to open a Profile at our Website, we will ask for personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, address, date of birth, etc. that will help us to identify you. We may also request other identifying documents or information. If you refuse or fail to provide the requested information, we may decline to open a Profile for you or provide the Service(s) to you, or may discontinue providing such Service(s) to you at any time, in our sole discretion.
You agree that if you initiate any Money Remittance through our Website, you are initiating each transmission from a computer located at the address that you provided to us when your Profile was established.
Until you have completed the appropriate application and verification processes required to open and activate a Profile and we have approved your application and you have created and been issued a Password, you will not have access to the Services. The verification process will not occur until you request a Money Remittance. Once you have completed the application procedures, your use of the Services may be subject to certain restrictions as disclosed to you in this Agreement or when your Profile is opened. The restrictions will remain in effect until any verification of your address,identity and Bank Account required by 360monex have been successfully completed. Such verification may include a requirement that you properly respond to a notice that 360monex sends to the residence postal mailing address you have provided. The address of record on any Bank Account you link to your Profile must be the same as the residence postal mailing address you furnish us for your Profile. Once your address, identity and Bank Account information have been successfully verified or authenticated by us, you may make use of the Services subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement

  • FEES In consideration of your use and enjoyment of the Service, you agree to pay a fee for each Money Remittance or other transaction which you the customer initiates or request under the 360monex Website Tele Giro service, of which will have to be pay via bank transfer or deposit alone with the principle funds being transfer to effect the Money Remittance request.     Money Remittance will be paid to Beneficiaries in the official currency in use in the destination country at the time of payment of a Money Remittance (or in US$ and EUR in certain destination countries only). With respect to Money Remittance that involves the exchange of the User’s funds to a different currency a currency exchange rate will be applied (in addition to, and not in lieu of the fee applicable to such Money Remittance).All currency converted under the 360monex Telegiro Direct is converted at our rate of exchange. Currency is converted at the time you initiate a transaction. The recipient will receive the foreign currency amount notified to you at the time the transfer is initiated.

We use an exchange rate which is comparable to rates used by bureaux de change and other retail currency exchange outlets which offer exchange of comparable amounts of currency to the general public. Our exchange rates are not comparable to those reported publicly on the internet or newspapers used in transactions between financial organizations and banks.  Any difference between the currency exchange rate offered to you and the currency exchange rate received by us will be kept by 360monex as revenue, in addition to our fees.


To cancel a Money Remittance contact the 360monex Online call center through the Website. You cannot cancel a Money Remittance order or receive a refund after the beneficiary has been paid and the amount has been disbursed. Except as required by law, 360monex will not be responsible or liable in any manner to you or any other person for its failure for any reason to cancel a Money Remittance order. Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement or required by law, if you ask us to terminate a Money Remittance or your service, or your Bank Account is closed for any reason, you will remain liable for previously authorized Money Remittance orders. Under certain circumstances you may be eligible for a refund. To request a refund, please contact 360monex  Online CallCenter through the Website and supply the following information:

  • Give your name, Client ID Number, Reference Number and date of the Remittance in question.
  • Describe the error or Remittance you are unsure about, and explain as clearly as you can why you feel you are entitled to a refund.
  • Provide the amount of the refund you are requesting.
  • If available, provide all of the information that appeared on the Receipt.

360monex will use reasonable efforts to determine whether you are entitled to a refund and, if applicable effect a refund, within thirty (30) days after it receives from you a valid written request (including by email) or such shorter period as may be required by law. If 360monexdetermines that funds have not been delivered due solely to 360monex or our Representative’s fault, both the Remittance Amount and the Consumer Fee will be refunded in the currency you paid. If 360monex determines that you are entitled to a refund for any other reason, only the Transfer Amount will be refunded. If 360monexdetermines that you qualify for a refund, your original funding source, your Bank Account will be credited and you agree we may process such a credit. These Conditions are subject to change from time to time. Changes will be posted on this website, and use following any such posting will be deemed to be acceptance of them.
